Female Care Assistant – Upton, Chester

Do you have a kind, compassionate nature? Searching for a more rewarding role?

I am seeking passionate, pro-active Personal Assistants to join my circle of support of a small team who work closely with my family. Together they provide me with an outstanding standard of care in a friendly, engaging environment. I am looking for someone to help enable me to continue with my current programme as well as having the enthusiasm and imagination to encourage me to try new things!

I am  21 years of age and a very happy smiley young lady who lives at home with my family. I love the company of others and particularly enjoy listening to music. Prior to Corona Virus I was a member of several clubs which I visited on a daily basis and will resume these activities again once the Pandemic is over. I currently enjoy regular trips out to Chester Zoo and Blue Planet Aquarium where you will accompany me.  I have a very nice bedroom that reflects my happy personality and includes lots of things to keep me entertained, I also have a good sized back garden to enjoy when the weather is nice.

My team are also responsible for supporting me with all aspects of daily life you will assist me with my personal and clinical care needs, social and sensory activities and personal interests.

Experience in supporting people with similar needs and an understanding of person-centred practice would be wonderful but isn’t crucial as full training and supervision is provided. You will need to be empathetic, a team player, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable using your initiative.

I am looking for caring, conscientious individuals who are happy to work all shifts including nights. Reliability and punctuality are very important.
