Here at ICCM we are searching for committed female workers with an enthusiastic and friendly ethos to join our Nottingham Team. As a Support Worker you will work closely with children in their family homes, you’ll be able to provide emotional and social support in order for them to heal, learn, grow and flourish, placing our young people at the centre of everything you do. Experience is essential, however, we will provide you with all of the training you need to be a success in this role.

What we are looking for:

  • Be flexible and committed to work regular shifts
  • Previous experience within Healthcare sector
  • Childcare experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Caring and compassionate attitude
