Children's Support Worker

Are you interested in making a change? Do you want to work with children and help them develop their skills and lives to the fullest?  

No need to go further! We at ICCM are recruiting dedicated Female Support Workers to work within the great team in the Nottingham area.

We work closely with children in their family homes to support them and ensure that they are secured and safe.  Your role would include a mixture of clinical care, learning and development, playing and domestic chores. Experience is not essential as we will provide you with full training. However, a desire to work with young children is a necessity.

We have a combination of day shifts and night shifts to fulfil. Ideally, you would be available for both, but please let us know if you can work days or nights.

What we are looking for:

  • Be flexible and committed to working regular shifts
  • Previous experience within the Healthcare sector
  • Childcare experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Caring and compassionate attitude
